What to include

Billing

Include the email on your account and whether the issue involves Trial, Standard, Pro, checkout, or the billing portal.

Provider setup

Mention which provider you are configuring. Do not send API keys or secret credentials.

Bug reports

Include the page, action, expected result, actual result, and any visible error message.

Data requests

Use the Data topic for export or account-closure requests while automated account-data tools are being finalized.

Do not send secrets. Never include provider API keys, passwords, recovery codes, or private credentials in support messages.
